Samantha Fisher, APRN, FNP-C

Originally from Roswell, NM, Samantha has called Texas home for the past 17 years. After graduating high school, she earned her nursing degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.

With over 12 years of experience in nursing, Samantha has worked in various roles, including the trauma/surgical intensive care unit and perioperative care. These roles helped her develop strong critical thinking abilities, hands-on expertise, and a deep understanding of patient care.

Samantha completed her Family Nurse Practitioner program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she gained valuable clinical experience under the mentorship of Tara Cavazos and Kendra Breithaupt at Lakewood Family Health.

​Now, as a Nurse Practitioner, Samantha is excited to continue working with Lakewood Family Health to support patients in achieving their wellness goals. In her personal time, Samantha enjoys hiking, cooking, exercising, and traveling with her husband and 4-year-old son.
